Vastu is basically the system of design, architecture and sacred space that plays a pivotal role in balancing your house on the basis of five elements. It includes

Your bedrooms should be on the south portion of your house.

Your bathrooms should be located in the west or northwest.

Your kitchen should be in the northwest or southeast.
